"I used to have panic attacks 3-4 times per week. I had no social life, no dating life, and absolutely no confidence."
He used to be shy and awkward in social situations and this resulted in him staying home all by himself while everyone else was going out, hanging out with friends and meeting new people.
Luckily Justin found a way out, and through it has gained incredible experience and knowledge that he now shares via Elite Man Magazine with the goal of helping other people overcome the same problems and ultimately becoming the best versions of themselves.
